Training nicht verpassen!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hallo liebe Judofreunde und liebe Kinder!<\/p>\n<p>Unser Anf\u00e4ngerkurs ist am letzten Freitag gestartet und wir haben uns sehr gefreut, so viele Kinder auf unserer Matte im Dojo des MTV Ingolstadt begr\u00fc\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen. Uns hat es sehr viel Spa\u00df gemacht und wir freuen uns schon auf unsere n\u00e4chste Unterrichtsstunde am kommenden Freitag. Falls ihr noch ein Freund oder eine Freundin habt, die gerne mitkommen m\u00f6chte, bringt sie einfach mit. Bitte die &#8222;Schlappen&#8220; nicht vergessen, da ihr auf der Matte nur barfu\u00df laufen d\u00fcrft. Wichtig ist auch etwas zu trinken, da wir sicherlich wieder ins Schwitzen kommen! Bis Freitag w\u00fcnschen wir Euch eine sch\u00f6ne Zeit.
